DSEC Rail awarded the Building Services Asset Management Delivery Framework for the LNE & EM Route.

Our Framework Scope of Works will cover all mechanical and electrical functions of the LNE & EM route property portfolio and will include reactive, planned preventative maintenance and project work capability for Electrical, Gas, Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning equipment.
